With over 20 years of experience in valuation and transaction advisory, Fiona Tay has led, managed, and advised on a wide range of complex engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, for clients across diverse industries. She began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm, where she built a strong foundation in valuation and transaction advisory and gained extensive technical training that continues to inform her advisory work today.
Her experience spans the full spectrum of transaction advisory services, supporting clients through critical strategic and commercial decisions. Over the course of her career, Fiona has been actively involved in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, working closely with management teams, shareholders, and advisors.

George is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and an Associate Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (ACVA) in Singapore and has been in professional services since 2001. He was previously with Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Pte Ltd, KPMG Services Pte Ltd and KPMG LLP .
George has over 20 years of experience in M&A transaction services, business valuation, and audit/accounting, with a strong focus on Asia region. He advises private equity firms, strategic investors, and lenders on domestic and cross-border transactions.
George specialises in financial due diligence, risk identification, and deal structuring, helping clients assess quality of earnings and operating assets of Target companies and identify significant M&A risks for clients, He provides strategic insights, financial assessments, risk mitigation recommendations, and negotiation support to help clients structure and execute transactions successfully across Southeast Asia.
He has completed over 150 transactions in the mid-market M&A space, ranging from USD 20 million to USD 500 million, including technology, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, consumer products, and technology.
